Signia by Hilton Atlanta set out to not just open a new landmark hotel in Atlanta, but to launch an entirely new brand. As they prepared to make their mark on the city’s skyline and hospitality landscape, Signia leaders needed a content partner who could capture every phase of this ambitious journey. From construction milestones to the grand opening celebration and beyond, they wanted to document their story in a way that would build anticipation, showcase their elevated experiences, and establish their brand identity from day one.

Signia engaged Lucie Content to:

To effectively capture the hotel’s journey from construction to grand opening, as well as the customer experience, the Lucie Content team collaborated with Signia leadership to implement a comprehensive content strategy including:

  • Aerial Perspectives: Utilizing advanced drone videography, we captured captivating aerial footage, offering a unique bird’s-eye view of the hotel’s development and its integration into the Atlanta skyline.
  • Engaging Interviews: Conversations with pivotal figures involved in the project were conducted to provide deeper insights into the vision and efforts behind the hotel’s development.
  • Showcasing Customer Experiences: Following the grand opening, Lucie’s creative team remained laser-focused on Signia’s customer experience to produce compelling video narratives that showcased the hotel’s food and beverage offerings, spa and beauty bar, rooftop pool and fitness center, more than 100,000 square feet of meeting space, outdoor event deck and lawn, and Club Signia.
  • Media Training: To ensure effective communication during media engagements, key leaders underwent thorough preparation, enhancing their readiness for the grand opening.

The Impact

The strategic approach led to significant outcomes. Dynamic construction status videos and compelling narratives kept the audience informed and intrigued, fostering a sense of anticipation. The grand opening gala footage generated substantial buzz, amplifying the hotel’s presence in the market.
