We deployed a small, agile content team — two videographers and a producer — to The Grove at Countryside for two days. Our team filmed key moments from the grand opening celebration, conducted interviews with staff and residents, and captured stunning b-roll of the community and lifestyle. We also deployed our state-of-the-art first-person drone to create a beautiful tour video. We also took professional photos to support both digital and print materials.
By planning in advance and maximizing every moment on-site, we were able to gather enough assets to fuel an extended content campaign. This approach allowed us to collect a mix of long-form videos, short-form social reels, testimonials, community tours, and lifestyle imagery — all tailored for multi-platform use.
In just a few days, we built a content library that will serve Starling’s digital and marketing needs for months. The footage and photos are already being used on the Starling website, across social media platforms, YouTube, and in printed marketing collateral.
This content-focused approach was not only cost-effective, but it also captured the authenticity and vibrancy of the Starling lifestyle in a way that deeply resonates with future residents and families. The success of this project sets a strong model for future grand openings and milestone events.
