Starling Living, a leading provider of senior living communities, faced the challenge of enhancing their digital presence and boosting engagement to increase resident inquiries and conversions. They have 7 properties across Florida that specialize in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. They approached Lucie Content with the goal of revamping their content strategy to drive more sales inquiries, phone calls, and email engagements. Specifically, Starling Living wanted to attract more potential residents and their families through a cohesive strategy that combined paid ads, website maintenance, social media management, and targeted mailers. Lucie Content also rebuilt their site with search engine optimization in mind.
The Impact
The results were remarkable. In just 90 days, our strategy led to 2,315 new sales inquiries, demonstrating a significant increase in potential resident interest. We also facilitated 3,024 new phone calls, indicating a high level of engagement and willingness to learn more about Starling Living’s offerings. Furthermore, 13,673 interested party emails were generated, reflecting effective communication and follow-up.
